The Parade with Light up the Evening — all  entrants are required to incorporate some form of Holiday lighting in their entry.  Please participate and show you Christmas Spirit — You can download the entry form at http://www.hillsborotx.org/city-departments/main-street-program and return it to cmoore@hillsborotx.org or drop it off at the Utility Billing Department at the City Administration building at 214 E Elm Street.
