Events in Hillsboro this week, and Summer Concert Series Band Lineup Released
Here’s a look at some of the biggest events coming up in Hillsboro and Hill County over the next couple of weeks. From community conversations and major visitor weekends to live performances and special gatherings, the Chamber calendar is full of activity.

Hill County Summit – Data Centers
Coming up on Thursday, April 16, this timely community forum will explore both the opportunities and concerns connected to data centers. Hosted by Go Hillsboro at the Hill College Performing Arts Center, the event includes a light lunch beginning at 11:30 a.m., with the program running until 1:00 p.m.
Hillsboro City Library Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Also on Thursday, April 16, the library ribbon cutting is another meaningful community event on the calendar and a great opportunity to celebrate an important local asset.
Antique Alley – Hillsboro, Texas
Set for April 17–19, Antique Alley is one of the biggest visitor weekends on the calendar. This multi-day event brings added traffic and energy to Hillsboro and is one of the standout attractions for shoppers, browsers, and weekend visitors. Garage sale fees in Hillsboro have been waived for AA weekend, and there is also a large vendor market taking place on the courthouse square on Saturday.
Bobcat Clay Shoot 2026
On Friday, April 17, the Bobcat Clay Shoot adds another larger-format event to the lineup of corporate events on the Hillsboro calendar. This year’s event is sold out, but is an annual opportunity to support Boys and Girls Club of Hill County. Ghosts of Hill County Benefit Concert
Scheduled for Sunday, April 19, this benefit concert offers a mix of live music and community support, making it one of the more visible public events that weekend.
Hill College Spring Band Concert
On Tuesday, April 14, the Hill College Spring Band Concert helps kick off a strong run of arts and performance events on the calendar.
Hill College Spring Choir Concert
Then on Tuesday, April 21, the Spring Choir Concert continues that momentum and gives the community another chance to enjoy Hill College’s performing arts programming.
Airport Fly In – Hillsboro Municipal Airport
Looking a little farther ahead, the Airport Fly In on Saturday, April 25 stands out as another major public-facing event and one that should draw strong community interest.

The May & June band lineup is here!
The FREE outdoor concerts return every Saturday night from 8:00–11:00 PM in May, June, and September and October.
Concerts are held at The Yard 107 E. Elm Street Hillsboro, Texas (downtown Hillsboro) and free and open to the public. The May and June lineup was posted by The Yard on 4.13.26 so we are sharing them here.
