City of Hillsboro Comprehensive Plan Meeting Presentation by Verdunity focuses on Land Use Analysis

The City of Hillsboro, Texas and Verdunity hosted a Comprehensive Planning meeting focused on Land Use & Fiscal Analysis that was open to the public on Thursday, June 26th 2025. Well attended, the meeting gave solid analysis of Hillsboro’s current land, development and an analysis, in order to help make future decisions on development.  

Comprehensive land use planning in cities involves creating a long-term vision for how land will be used and developed. It guides decisions about zoning, infrastructure, and other aspects of community development, aiming to shape the physical environment to meet the needs and desires of the community.
