Cowgirl Vogue Boutique opens downtown
Cowgirl Vogue Boutique at 54 West Elm in downtown Hillsboro celebrated their grand opening and ribbon cutting on Saturday, May 6th 2023 at 11 am.
Inspired by a cowgirl’s love of fashion, the new boutique has both a new beautiful storefront across from the Hill County Courthouse, and an online store full of western clothing, shoes and accessories.
