E4 Holdings Expands Industrial Footprint in Hillsboro, Texas with Launch of United Container Group

The Hillsboro Chamber, City of Hillsboro and Hillsboro EDC celebrated the expansion of business in our industrial and manufacturing corridor.

HILLSBORO, TEXAS — [May 15, 2025] — E4 Holdings, a diversified industrial and real estate investment firm, is proud to announce a major expansion in Hillsboro, Texas. Building on the success of its tank cleaning subsidiary, Texas Tank Works, the company is launching into a Partnership with United Container Group (UCG)— a move that positions UCG as a full-spectrum provider in the industrial tank and container sector.

The expansion is anchored by Lancaster Diamond Properties, E4 Holdings’ real estate division, which has secured and developed the site for the new facility. This strategic growth reflects the partnership’s commitment to investing in Central Texas and creating long-term value through integrated industrial solutions.

“United Container Group closes the loop — from cleaning and servicing tanks to now manufacturing them,” said Arnold Ibarra, President at UCG. “This vertical integration allows us to better serve our clients, create new jobs in Hillsboro, and strengthen our presence in the industrial sector,” said Chris Ewing of E4.

The new facility will feature advanced fabrication capabilities and is expected to generate dozens of skilled jobs in the region. United Container Group will serve industries including energy, agriculture, water treatment, and logistics with custom-engineered tanks and containers.

“We’re proud to see Hillsboro continue to grow as a hub for industrial innovation,” said Mayor Scott Johnson. “The launch of United Container Group is a testament to the strength of our local workforce and the strategic value of our community. We welcome the new jobs, new opportunities, and the long-term investment this project brings to our city.”

“We are pleased to recognize this investment by United Container Group in our community, increasing our tax base and employment opportunities,” said Natasha Sawyer, Hillsboro EDC Board President. “It is a great example of a current employer bringing a sister company to Hillsboro.”
