The Hillsboro Area Chamber Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Thursday of each month at noon.  The Board provides direction and governance grounded in the active bylaws of the Chamber.  Board members represent the wide range of Hillsboro area businesses and the community, and generally serve three years terms, with nominations for new board members to fill open positions submitted leading up to, and during September of each year.

Our fiscal year is consistent with the city and county running from October through September.

The Hillsboro Texas Area Chamber of Commerce supports and grows local businesses and our economy through business advertisement, jobs promotion, community outreach, and active advocacy and involvement championing local alliance and innovative outcomes. We maintain a minimal staff and overhead, but utilize volunteers and ambassadors throughout the city to further our reach and mission.

The Hillsboro Area Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1922, and celebrated it's Centennial Celebration in 2022.
